1. Our 30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this 30-day period cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, sellable condition:

Condition: Must be new, unworn, and unwashed, free from any odors, stains, or pet hair.

Tags & Packaging: All original tags and labels must be attached.

Hygiene: Please try on apparel over undergarments. Returns with makeup or deodorant stains may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Final Sale: We currently do not designate items as “Final Sale.” All eligible items can be returned.

Original Shipping Fees: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step Process)

Contact Us to Start: Email us at contact@matchoutfits.store. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

Receive Authorization: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA.

Ship Your Item: Securely pack your item and ship it using a trackable carrier to the address provided above.
5. Return Shipping Costs

For Change-of-Mind or Sizing Issues: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can ship it yourself or request a prepaid label from us (the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund).

For Our Error (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item): We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs by providing you with a prepaid return label.
6. Exchanges
For the fastest and most efficient service, we recommend the following process for exchanges:

Return the original item by following the steps above to receive a full refund.

Place a new order for the desired size or style. This ensures you get the new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the exchange to be processed.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, please allow 2–4 business days for processing.

Refund Issuance: Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 3–5 business days.

No Restocking Fee: We are pleased to confirm that we do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at contact@matchoutfits.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will resolve it immediately.
