Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are only accepted if there is a production defect, damage, or a fulfillment error on our part.

3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by photographic proof of the issue.

  • Custom Orders: Non-defective customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Our team will verify the issue and approve the refund if applicable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • You will receive confirmation via email.

c. Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days once approved.

  • Bank or credit card processing may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

a. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Inspect your package upon arrival.

  • Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Email us at support@matchoutfits.store within 48 hours.

We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

b. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not offer exchanges for sizing or preference-based issues on customized products.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and changes are not possible.

  • A 1.5% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs.

  • If you wish to switch to a different product, a full refund will be issued and a new order created.
