Welcome to matchoutfits.store. This policy explains how we handle your apparel orders—from activewear to loungewear and pajama sets—to ensure a reliable and transparent delivery experience. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse in Carson, California.

1. Delivery Timeframe (Processing + Shipping)
To provide a clear expectation of when your order will arrive, our process is divided into two stages:

Order Processing Time (3–5 business days): This is the time we need to confirm payment, pick, quality-check, and pack your order. Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Transit Time (7–10 business days): This is the time it takes for the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to deliver the package to you after it leaves our warehouse.
=> Your total estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Fees
We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping structure for all orders within our U.S. service area.

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $9.99 per order.

No Hidden Fees: This rate includes all packaging and handling. We do not add any separate handling surcharges.
3. Order Tracking & Notifications

Confirmation Email: Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number.

Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Support: If your tracking appears stalled, please contact us at contact@matchoutfits.store, and we will investigate.
4. Shipping Area (U.S. Only)
We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and other U.S. territories like Puerto Rico (PR).
International delivery is not available at this time.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or returned packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
In the rare event that an issue occurs, we are here to help.

Damaged on Arrival: Contact us at contact@matchoutfits.store within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Package Lost in Transit: If your tracking has not updated or shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us so we can initiate a carrier trace.
We aim to resolve all shipping issues within 5–7 business days.
7. Sales Tax
In accordance with state and local laws, any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
8. Returns & Exchanges
For information on how to return an item, please see our dedicated Refund & Returns Policy page. Please note that for returns related to fit or change-of-mind, the cost of the return shipping label may be deducted from your refund.
