At matchoutfits (operated by LATTKE LLC), we are committed to providing a simple and secure checkout experience. This policy explains our accepted payment methods, how we protect your information, and what to expect after you place an order.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our secure Stripe payment gateway.

  • PayPal: You can complete your purchase using your PayPal balance or a linked card/bank account.

Please note: We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery (COD) at this time.

3. The Payment & Confirmation Process

  1. Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized for the total amount. This is a temporary hold to verify funds are available.

  2. Payment Capture: We will capture the payment (finalize the charge) only when your order has been processed and is ready to ship from our warehouse in Carson, CA.

  3. Order Confirmation: You will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase.

  4. Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a separate email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Prices, Currency & Taxes

  • Currency: All prices and transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Sales Tax: In accordance with state and local laws, any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved according to our Refund & Returns Policy, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the processing stage. To request a change or cancellation, please email us immediately at contact@matchoutfits.store.
